Judith Faye (Martinson) Harlow

Judith Faye Harlow passed away peacefully February 24, 2013 at the age of 69. Judi was a very special woman who will be remembered mostly for her generous nature, her blunt honesty and her loving manner. Judi was an LPN for 20 years. She was an avid golfer and bowler. Judi helped start the BAHN scholarship junior bowling league and helped to promote the sport of bowling to children of all ages. Judi was a member of the Moose and a very active member of the women’s Auxiliary American Legion Post 102. Judi most of all loved to spend time with family and friends. She loved to craft with grandkids and enjoyed all of their energy. She was a woman who would drop everything to help her family and friends. Judi will be missed dearly by all those who were blessed to have known her. She was preceded in death by her husband of 37 years, Tom Harlow. Judi is survived by her son, Mark Brzezinski (Joan); daughters Lisa Harlow (Greg) and Amy Nauta (Jim); grandchildren, Savannah, Ciara, Sophie, Janeen, Ruby, Gage, Clare, and granddaughter to be Quinn; also her step-grandchildren, Richie, Brandon, and Jacqueline; her sisters Erlene Lowe (Jim) and Debbie Mayo (Ron); brother, L. Keith Martinson (Debbie); sister-in-law, Sue Wilber (Charlie); and many nieces and nephews. The family will be having a Celebration of Life Memorial on Saturday March 2, 2013 from 1-4 at the Rockford American Legion Merritt Lamb Post #102 . Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider the Building Fund of the Rockford American Legion Merritt Lamb Post #102, 330 Rockford Park Dr., NE, Rockford, MI 49341.
