Renate lived on the same street as I did, and we were in Roosevelt Elementary in NE Minot. She was such a pretty girl. I remember being in her wedding, along with Del Rae Underdahl and Judy Saunders. Honestly, I hadn't thought about that until I saw her name among those who had "gone on before." Our dresses were very simple but lovely royal blue satin.
